Last week I got a phone call from Mrs Jones. She said,”I can’t find my money” So I went to
her house to solve the case. Mrs Jones had a cat and she wanted to follow me around
everywhere. So I asked her if she could take her away from me because I couldn’t solve a
case if a cat followed me. Mrs Jones petted the cat named “Pumpkin” and I got to do my
job. I looked around the entire house but I couldn’t find the money. Then I asked if the cat
might have taken it. Mrs Jones looked very confusedly at me but I didn’t know why. When I
went into the living room again, I looked under the couch but there was just the cat’s toy.
After that I thought that I wouldn't find the money. But then I saw a vase. I picked it up to
have a closer look. Well, I broke the vase. Mrs Jones was very angry with me. As I looked at
the floor, I couldn’t believe my eyes! The money was on the floor! I showed it to Mrs Jones
and she instantly felt happy again. She thanked me several times .
That’s how Inspector Lime, me, solved another case.

It was Saturday and Mrs Jones phoned Inspector Lime very desperately. She said, “I can’t
find my money.” Inspector Lime answered,”Wait a minute. I’ll come to you!” Inspector LIme
went to Mrs Jones’ house. Ten minutes later he arrived there. She said to Mr Lime,”Normally
my money is always in the living room.” On the way to the living room he fell over a cat. He
stood up and saw a vase. He wanted to check the vase. While he was checking the vase, it
fell onto the floor. It broke. Mrs Jones was very angry but Inspector Lime found the money on
the floor under the broken pieces. He picked up the money and gave it to her. Mrs Jones
was very happy and said,” Thank you, Mr Lime. You are my hero!” So the case was solved
by accident.

Last week Mrs Jones phoned Inspector Lime. She said,”I can’t find my money.” After this call
he went to her house and rang the doorbell. Inspector Lime looked for the money. Suddenly
he fell over the cat. The cat was very shocked. Mrs Jones was very angry and picked up her
cat Minnie. Minnie meowed and was happy. The cat cuddled up to Mrs Jones. Inspector
Lime saw a vase. By accident he broke the vase. Mrs Jones was angry again. Minnie sat
behind her. He picked up the pieces of the vase. Suddenly Lime found the money. He
proudly gave Mrs Jones her money. Mrs Jones said,”You are my hero!” and she gave him €5
for his work.

One day Mrs Jones phoned Inspector Lime. She said,”I can’t find my money.” Inspector Lime
went to her house. Mrs Jones said,”Welcome! Please, find my money!” Inspector Lime
looked under a lamp. At this moment the cat ran towards him, so he fell over the cat. Lime
saw a vase. He touched the vase and broke it. Mrs Jones was very angry and he picked up
the broken vase. He said,"Wow! I have found the money!” He gave Mrs Jones the money
and she was very, very happy. She said,”Thank you, Inspector Lime! You are my hero!”

One day Mrs Jones phoned Inspector Lime. She said,” I can’t find my money!” Inspector
Lime went to her house and in the living room he fell over a cat. At this moment he saw a
vase on the oven. But suddenly it fell onto the floor and the vase broke into pieces. Mrs
Jones looked very angrily and Mrs Lime was sad. Then he picked up the broken vase and
he was very excited. He found the money on the floor. It had always been in the vase.
Inspector LIme gave the money to Mrs Jones. She was really happy and said to Mr Lime
that he was her hero!

In the morning of the 12th of October Mrs Dora phoned Inspector Lime. She said sadly,” I
can’t find my money!” Inspector LIme said,”I’ll be at your house in five minutes!” Five minutes
later he arrived at Mrs Dora’s house. Then he looked for her money in the kitchen, the hall,
in the bathroom, in the toilet. He also looked for it in the cellar, in her bedroom and finally in
her favourite room, the living room. Then Mr Lime made a mistake. He accidentally stepped
on Mrs Dora’s cat’s tail. Mrs Dora said angrily,”Please, be careful.” Later he saw a beautifully
mustered vase on the shelf. Unluckily the vase fell onto the floor and broke. Mrs Dora was
so furious that she wanted Inspector Lime to leave her house but Inspector Lime didn’t give
up, picked up the shards and found the missing money. Inspector Lime gave the money
proudly to Mrs Dora. She said happily,”That’s my hero!”.

One day Mrs Jones phoned Inspector Lime. She said,” I can’t find my money!” Inspector
Lime went to her house and asked her some questions. When he went into the house, he fell
over a cat. Mrs Jones said,”Oh, sorry! That’s my cat! Her name is Uschi!”
Then he saw a vase. The inspector was very clumsy and broke the vase.
Mrs Jones was very angry because it was her favourite vase. It was the one she had bought
in Africa. After that he found the money on the floor. He picked it up and gave it to Mrs
Jones. She was very, very happy that she had her money back.

Mrs Jones wanted to go to the supermarket but there was a problem: She couldn't find her
money. She looked for the money in the house. Then she phoned Inspector LIme and said to
him,”I can’t find my money! I looked for it in the whole house and I didn’t find it. Please, come
to my place!” “Yes, I’ll come to your place in five minutes!” Five minutes later Inspector Lime
arrived at Mrs Jones’ place. He went into her house and looked for the money. This time he
fell over a cat and pulled down a vase. Then Mrs Jones came into the living room and
shouted,”What are you doing with my vase?!” A little bit later he found the money under the
broken vase. He gave it to Mrs Jones and went home.

Last week Miss Jackson phoned me because she couldn’t find her dog. I couldn’t come
because I was in Wales and needed nineteen minutes to get to her. She said,”It’s okay!”
But thirteen minutes later I was there and looked for her dog Sammy. It was a brown Jack
Russel. I looked around in the living room ánd in the kitchen. I went down to the cellar and
didn’t see the cat on the ground. I fell over the cat and bumped into a wall. It broke. Behind
the wall there was Sammy. I carried him to Miss Jackson and she said,” You are my hero!”

Last month I went home after school in the evening. First I took off my jacket and shoes and
then I turned on the lights. When I went into the living room, I was shocked. The showcase
was broken and the safe was open. I phoned my mother at work. “There was a thief in our
house and all the money is gone!” I said.
“Please, call the police. I’ll come as soon as I can,” my mother said. Inspector Julian from the
police station in Eibiswald came into my house and investigated the crime scene. He found
fingerprints on the broken glass.
A week later Inspector Julian called us and said the thief was arrested in Italy.
In the end we got our money back and we bought a new showcase.

One day Mrs Jones phoned Inspector Lime. She said:”I can’t find my money.” Inspector Lime
went to her house. Mrs Jones opened the door and said:”You are here.” Inspector LIme
stumbled over the cat. Mrs Jones said:”Oh, no, my cat!” She said to the cat:”Are you okay,
my little baby cat? You are so cute.” He said:”And what about me?” Mrs Jones said:”Oh, I’m
sorry.” Inspector Lime looked for the money in the kitchen, under the desk, in the bathroom,
but he couldn’t find it. Mrs Jones was very sad. But Inspector Lime had an idea. Suddenly he
pushed the vase down. Mrs Jones was very angry because the vase was broken. But
suddenly the money was on the floor, it had been in the vase. Inspector Lime gave the
money to Mrs Jones. She and her cat were very happy and Inspector Lime said:”And once
again I solved the case.”

One day Mrs Lime went to Inspector Clay’s office. She said that she had seen a light in his
own house. Inspector Clay went to her house to set a trap.Inspector Clay went into the
house to catch the thief. The inspector couldn’t find him because the thief ran as fast as he
could away. But at the next curve there were five policemen to catch the thief. They didn’t
catch him but he ran into a bush and so he was trapped.

Both went into the house and Inspector Lime started quickly looking for the money. But
suddenly he fell over the cat. Nothing happened. Mrs Jones picked up the cat. Inspector
Lime saw a vase. He took the vase and suddenly the vase broke. Mrs Jones was very angry
about it. After a while Inspector Lime found the money next to the broken vase and picked it
up. He gave the money to Mrs Jones and said,”Here you are!” She was very happy and
said,”My hero!” The lost money had always been hidden well!
